Salto Neo electronic cylinder for Scandinavian lock cases. Oval cylinder for module locks with locking function via external knob/reader that upon approved opening allows activation of cam piece. Visual indication for approved or denied opening. Salto Neo cylinder with Hardware Secure Element (HSE) has multiple functions and can be connected to access control network via advanced SVN technology or via the Cloud with Salto KS or Nebula cloud-based access control platform. IMPORTANT: when using cylinder extension, it must be tested before installation whether the cam piece has sufficient engagement - otherwise it must be replaced. The cylinder must not be installed in a door/hatch where condensation can occur in the door frame/lock case and affect the electronics from behind. This will cause errors or result in a defective cylinder, which is not covered by warranty. Condensation is often seen in aluminum/aluminum doors. Be aware of correct mounting depth (0-3 mm max) – see picture and installation guide.
